More Information about the UI Decision Digest --

This online UI Decision Digest builds on the base of a written publication which collected summaries of decisions concerning unemployment insurance. The 1976 edition of the Digest (which covered the period 1936-1976) summarized administrative decisions as well as court decisions.  Subsequent editions summarized only court decisions. The most recent printed edition covered the period 1995-1997.

Copies of the earlier editions of the Digest are found in some law libraries, and are also available for use in LIRC's offices.
