The commission held in its decision that Wis. Stat. § 108.04(12)(f)1. is a categorical denial of unemployment benefits in any week of any month an individual receives SSDI payments. The employee was denied benefits as of week 22 of 2015 based on his receipt of SSDI payments.

Held:   Affirmed by the Circuit Court.  In a bench ruling, the circuit court held that Wis. Stat. § 108.04(12)(f)1. categorically denies unemployment insurance benefits in any week of any month the employee receives SSDI payments.
